They don't want to pay my refund

I cancelled my contract with Damelin last year October and promised to pay me back after 60 days and we in 2018 and I still haven't received my refund, they said I will get it end of January and now the telling me that I will get end of February and that they are busy with Auditing. I cant register elsewhere as they are refusing to refund me back and therefore my life is on hold due to them.
