they didn't deliver my study material .

I registered on October 2015,I've been promised that the study material will be delivered via nightwing courier company ,until today the supplier does not have the study material,they keep on telling me two give them three weeks /two week/one week,still there's nothing on my site time is running where I can get my certificate and get a better job, I try to phone damelin cape town so that thy can help they tell me to contact bramfontein branch, where I lost hep with them,I ask to speak to the branch manager he's not available,I send a mail to cancell the contract ,I've been told to about term and condition where I can't get all my money,my question is where's the book so that I can continue with the course, the supplier does not have it, who's problem is that mine or damelin?I want to study for a better future,but damelin they took my money and feed their family and mine are sturving because I'm paying a loan that I throw my money to damelin,I'm traumatised by these people.student number: 425878
