they didn't deliver my study material .

My name is grace student number:425878,I registered on the 01-10-2015 I paid cash for everything at bramfontein DCC.since I 'm waiting for study material until today when they give me a reason they said a person who was capturing my study material did wrong. Now is two months is still a problem.when I when to the branch four weeks after cregistration they told me that. Iwaited until was fixed they told me I must wait three weeks for a delivery. Until now there is nothing.is painfull when I think about my money.
