The worst correspondence college ever!

The worst experience ever studying through this institution. I would never advise anybody to put themselves through this. Firstly, zero supoort from anybody! Tried emailing everybody whom's email addresses I managed to get my hands on, but no response. Even the general email address. Nobody can tell me when I'll be getting my ND or has the decency to respond, but allas when they accused me of being in arrears they surely knew how to contact me several times for the same oversight on their part. Not to mention being scheduled to write a final exam, arriving and there is no paper for you?! Then, leaving there with no idea when you are due to actually write! Time taken off from work to study, money spent travelling, wasted!! No apology or explanation subsequently and being treated like kids by the invigilators. Utterly disrespectful! Like they are there doing us a favour?! I have tried several platforms to voice my views about DCC, but nobody seems to take accountability. Emails fall on deaf ears and assigned student advisor of absolutely no use. She also just ignored emails and when she did answer, she completely misunderstood my requests. How do you get something done, is this the tone set from the top or what? Because, service managers were Ccd and still nothing! Attrosheous, not for lack of a better term!
