The embarrassing incompetence of Damelin Correspondence College

<p>I decided to study HR through Damelin in 2016. After my Company paying for my fees in full in November 2015, I only recieved my course material towards the end of January 2016. Communication with Damelin was, and still is, shocking. E mails are answered 95% of the time with an automated reply, and no actual human corrspondance or acknowledgment of e mail reciept. Phoning Damelin means being cut off at least 3 to 4 times with every try...it was then in May 2016 that I decided to de register as I found out by accident that 50% of the course material sent to me was incorrect (meant for a similar, albeit, different course all together). I was advised in August 2016 that Damelin (finally) acknowledged my de-registration, and my Company would recieve a refund. I was warned that their may be a de-registration fee; which I contended as quite frankly, I was undergoing de-registration due to gross incompetence on their part. I never got to write an exam or even complete a project, so what fee could possibly be attached anyway? It is now the 19th July 2017, and we have still not recieved a cent. It now pretty much amounts to theft at this point, so watch this space. All I demand is the fee, in full, to be paid to my Company. I openly warn anyone of ever wanting to deal with Damelin Correspondance College, you will get nothing but heartache.</p>
