The biggest regret of my life is using your company.

So, i submitted my documents to cancel a course on the 15th January 2018. I was told by Rosanna Sass it would take +- 4 to 6 weeks to process my request – it ended up taking months!! On 25 Jan 2018 the cancellations department (Angelinah Mashele) confirmed receipt of my documents and advised that they will let me know if its been approved. I only received confirmation that my cancellation has been approved on the 4th June 2018 - AND only because I kept on nagging your office.

The refund request documents were also received from Raquel Lawrence and submitted on that same day. On the 27th June 2018 a Mickaylah Alexander advised that it takes 90 working days t process the refund. So tell me, why am i being punished when its your cancellations department that took MONTHS (25 Jan - 4 June) to send me the documents!!

I don’t trust a word of what your office tells me. I regret ever using your company for my studies and i will never recommend you to anyone, ever. To think i paid for my course in full and you were more than happy to gobble up my money.

This is pathetic service - sis!
