Text books not supp****

I recently registered to Damelin, for a Marketing Diploma. Once I received confirmation of my registration I was told my study materials would be delivered in 21 working days, which in my case was the 24 of June.<br> When I called to find out when I can expect delivery of my books, I was told they haven't been dispatched yet, after endless arguments I finally received delivery. <br> <br> I get back home and discover that I was supp**** books from which from what ever they had in stock at the time, the trouble is I can't use any of them as none of the books supp**** cover any particular subject I the course as they were short delivered.<br> <br> I'm now stuck with incomplete text books, and I cannot begin my studies as I don't have the full text books, for even once subject.<br> <br> I don't think I can study with this institution, after my experiences with them, even getting a refund form from them is like pulling out teeth, I just feel that the student consultants that help you register, really don't care what happens to you once they get the students deposit and 1st installment. The once that assisted me wont even return any of the emails I send, my mind is made up I'm leaving this institution.<br>
