Terrible student treatment

This college has not given me my results yet i do not owe them anything. Their stuff and complaint department are useless. Always being told that matter will be resolved next day or Management is in the meeting but will call me and email me my results. I have been calling them since 1/02/2021 still no luck. I have spent over R3000 Airtime just to try to get my results. They must be shut down
