TERRIBLE SERVICE - STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

I'm NOT HAPPY! I have submitted my paperwork and been asking for my refund since Aug 2019. I have heard NOTHING from the Cancellations Department. I have emailed every Damelin address i have available to me. The emails have been sent NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!!! It's supposed to take 6-8 weeks for a refund from start to finish. I have a case number and that's and thats as far as i have gotten or been acknowledged.... Its like they don't care! I want my refund!
