Terrible service from Damelin Correspondence College

I have been trying to cancel my son's online course since January (before the course even started) and this has still not been resolved, to date 5months later. I have been on hold for an hour to be told the women who handles the cancellations does not take calls and i must email her - which i have done - numerous times and she doesn't answer or even read receipt the emails. I will NEVER recommend Damelin Correspondence College to anyone
