Terrible Service

I recently enrolled my two sisters with Shamelin...I mean Damelin...at first, the woman who helped me over the phone, Nelly Msiza, was very helpful and assisting me with everything w.r.t. the enrollment process. I finally got them enrolled, and was told to only wait for the books. I was not told when these \books\" will arrive, so a couple of days later, I sent Nelly an email, asking whether she can tell me how long it will take for the books to arrive. No reply. I decided to phone their call center to ask for assistance. I spoke to a lady named Nomsa, and she informed me about the 21 days. On the 23rd day, I called them back to ask about the progress of the books, and they only couriered it on that day, overnight (which was another 2 days). <br> <br> Finally the study material arrived...happy right?...not so quick...no books...only a memory stick and some cover pages for their assignments. So I thought, okay, they might be going \"green\". They must have put the \"textbooks\" on the memory stick, along with all the other material. We opened these memory sticks. No \"textbooks\". Study material of 2014/2015. No assignments. And on top of that, it is not even what they enrolled for! TERRIBLE!!!!!"
