TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>Damelin Correspondence college have taken a deposit of R3500 and R950 last month and yet I still don't have any books, they told me I am going to recieve my books in 25 working days and when I confronted my consultant at Damelin, Bongumusa Ngcobo I recieved my books the same day. When I started to go through my work I saw that I needed my textbooks I called Bongumusa and asked him where I should get it, he told me that I need to buy the books seperatly. He sent me a few links of where I can find the books but none of the websites had them. I found a website that have some of the books and then when I got to the bookshop they didn't have it. there is two books that the lecturer must give me but Bongumusa tells me the whole time that I should buy those two books aswell and the lecturer doesn't have to give me the books but when I ask the bookshops for them they tell me the lecturer should give it to me, they are basically *****ing money... It is almost April and I still haven't started they took money but I still can't begin with my course... Damelin Correspondence College is the most pathetic, useless college there is. Now if I want to cancel my course I should pay a penalty fee, just because they don't do there work I have to pay. They are PATHETIC. I want all of my money back before the end of the week or I want my books by tomorrow night. I don't have an issue paying for everything I have an issue with they're service.</p>
