terrible service

<p>i have received an sms from Damelin saying they are not going to send me my exam results as i did not submit my assignments, i called them and tell them that i have submitted my assignment and the csr requested the parcel number from post office which i did and she told me that i would get my results within 48hrs. i waited for a week and did not get anything. i called back again and spoke to another csr who advised me that she spoke to Donovan from exam dept and he promised that i will get my results in before the end of business day that was on the 20th February till today i did not receive anything. i have posted my 3 assignments on the 23rd Septemeber with parcel no. TC ********** 33ZA and post office, i called post office i Sept to check if it was deliveed and have confirmed that the parcel was collected by Damelin messenger. i then called Damelin still i Septemeber and they have confirmed that they received it, they marked 1 assignment which weas Economis and they were all in one enevlop. i do not understand how they manage to mark Economics but yet they did not receive my envelop that has my assignment. iam still waitibng for my results and they keep on saying they will send me. i donot know whether to buy books for the next exam or what to do.</p>
