Terrible Service!

Definitely the worst service I have ever received in any type of business. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have cancelled exams on the day we sit in the exam room to write, they never send their communication in time, and that is if you ever receive communication regarding exams or anything. You hold on for hours in the call center just for an agent to tell you, sorry we cannot assist you. I must write exam in 9 days, yet have not received confirmation if I can write. WORS SERVICE EVER!!
