Terrible response and work ethic

I studied a course part-time at Damelin Walmer Branch. After exams and finishing off my course i was told that the results would be sent in to head office and it would take 6-8 weeks for our certificates to arrive. Now i phoned withing 6 weeks to do a follow-up and was told it would be here on the 13th of November. That's 8 weeks on the dot. Only to be told i have to wait another week.<br> <br> I do not know if you realize how expensive studies are and yet we are treated with such poor service. We were already 2 weeks into our course and had to work off A4 papers because our handbooks were late. Its truthfully pathetic. By not doing your jobs you are coming between me and my future. Now i have to wait another week because you can not get it together. ? That is a week of putting my future plans on hold ! Because of you! Not to mention that is takes a lifetime for the phone to be answered. If i had a R10 for all the excuses i couldve listed myself for another course.<br> <br> Please just get it done!<br>
