Take your money and dont deliver.

My husband went to apply for one of the courses. He took out a loan at the bank to pay in the money for the course as soon as possible and he was told he would get his study material in two weeks time (That was in March 2015 by the way) We are now sitting in the month of June 2015 and he still didn't get his books... He called in April every week until today asking them for his study material and they just said over and over again \next week"... The past two weeks the student counsel just dropped the phone on him when they get his name. He went in to their offices today to ask them for his study material and again they told him to \""come back next week\""... This is really getting ridiculous...
