Super poor service

So I have been a student with Damelin for just over a year. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my supscription with them. Currently 4 months in the process with no success. After submitting numerous emails and cancellation letters still no outcome. No the bank informs me that my credit record is not good due to them. Please assist in sorting out this matter. I am fed up for asking and fed up for poor customer service.
