Study schedule still not available

It is already the 2nd of April and still no study schedule available for NQF wereas the study schedule for other students have been available since February 2021. I have been calling the customer care since February 2021 and student consultants are unable to provide a schedule or even advise when it will be available. This is really poor service as I have no idea how to plan my year. I do not know the cut off dates to submit my assignments or when the exams are starting.
