study material still not received

I registered with damelin on the 3rd of February I was told that I was going to receive my study material within 21days. I paid a deposit of R4000, when I call the student advisor she keeps telling me stories. I would like to cancel and get my money back.<br> its been a month now they have bad customer service their head office is worse. Each time I call them they put the phone down.
