Study Material Not Yet received

I Registered with DCC in January. My Student consultant (Natasha.Mosetlhe) confirmed on the the 27-01-2015 that my application has been approved and I will be getting my study Material in 21 working days. To Date i have not received and Study material however the DCC team is gladly debiting my account for a service that they have not provided.<br> <br> I have been calling EVERY week to find out where my study material is and I have had all different excuses (There is not stock, Stock has come in so it should be sent out this week, Stock was shipped, Out of stock (noting that according to the previous week it was already shipped, team that is in charge already left for the day (numerous times after holding for more than 30 min)) . I spoke to Yolande in the call center a few times and every time she promised that someone would call back.<br> <br> I evenly escalated this to Gordon Mahlaba about a month ago and he promised to follow up. <br> <br> Last week I Again called Gordon Mahlaba and he promised that someone would be getting back to me to confirm what is going on and I still don't have ANY UPDATE!!!<br> <br> I WILL NEVER USE DAMELIN AGAIN OR WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER
