Study material not provided and no feedback

In January a family member of mine enrolled with Damelin Braamfontein on a distance learning course for additional matric subjects. His intention is to improve two of his subjects so that he can enrol and study an engineering degree. Since registration he hasn't received any of his books. (Nearly 4 months) <br> <br> When attempting to contact the call centre, who are clearly inept at answering the phone we are told that the books will be sent \next week". We have been told this time and time again and nothing has come of it!<br> <br> Please avoid these guys or at least do your due diligence before signing up. The Braamfontein department is clearly a shambles. Just take a look around on the internet you will see that the general comment and sentiment is very poor"
