Study Material

I submitted my completed documentation along with proof of payment for the deposit on 6 March. Was told that my study material will be send to me and it takes 21 WORKING DAYS, can you imagine, a parcel from the USA gets here faster, anyway. I still have not received my study material. Called last week Monday morning 13 April, was told that everything was only submitted 12 March. The consultant put me on hold forever and a day to get hold of dispatch and eventually told me that he will send an email to them to dispatch my study material. I called again Wednesday morning 15 April, only to be told that dispatch ran out of study material. She could not give me an eta or any useful information. Called yet again Thursday morning 16 April, spoke to a team leader who confirmed that the study material will be dispatched and delivered Monday 20 April at the latest Tuesday (today) 21 April . I called the courier company this morning, they have no log for the tracking/waybill number I was given. It is the correct number, but according to their system that number has not yet been used. I called Damelin back yet again, only to be told a supervisor or teamleader will contact me within 48 hours.
