study material

i have paid Damelin on the 16/01 , but since that date , they have not contacted me they have made no effort to do anything we had to call them all the time , when we called them we then found out that there were more paperwork to be completed , eventually after running after them , my sister was registered , now when we call them for the study material they advising that she was only registered on a specific date & it takes 20 days to dispatch the books , but it was there fault in the first place that she was registered that late , they keep on saying that they will dispatch within the next few days but then it doesn't arrive i then phone them on that day , they then give you another day that it will be delivered , its just ridiculous
