Study Further ? DO NOT USE DAMELIN

I have been experiencing the most pathetic service imaginable from Damelin. Every interaction with them makes me regret studying through their organisation. I have dealt with many staff members since the start of this unfortunate process due to them leaving at a drop of a hat. Nokuthula Mkhize has been the most unhelpful, unprofessional person that I have come across. However, it seems that unprofessional business practise is supported by management. I refused to allowed to be bul**** when I addressed certain issues only to be told by Grant Stead (General Manager) that I either accept what is being demanded or deal with it !!! I questioned as to why my initial assignments were either accepted by email or fetched by courier (which Nokuthula arranged) was accepted previously but I am now requested to physically drop off assignments at a Damelin branch to which I received the following response :

Good morning ***,

I have received you mail this morning. I need to clarify a few matters so we have a full understanding of our roles.

Please ensure you submit all assessments in hard copy and signed.

I hope this clarifies this matter.

Good Morning Chantal,

From your mails I can see you are not happy with your studies.

Part of the course also includes customer relations and from the 2 mails I have seen I am concerned about what you have learnt and are putting into practice.

Enjoy your day further.

Regards
