STUDENT 436576. Even the government offers better service than Damelin, a private institution!!

I am utterly disgusted by Damelin's service or lack thereof, you constantly have to follow up with them and I always get the generic " I am awaiting feedback from so and so department." I have been waiting for my refund from Damelin since the 25th of June 2019 they advised me it would take 90 days, their 90th day came and gone on the 29th October. Yesterday I wrote to the popular journalism show, SPEAKOUT and advised them of this... only then did they decide to "escalate" my query. Anyone who wants to join arms with me please contact me one zero, eight, triple three, two, three, five, four, three. I will also be writing to Carteblanche and posting on social media everyday. Damelin is just disgusting!!
