struggling to get a certificate

<p>I registered with damelin on 2015, there was a delay on study material until 2016 February I have to change a course to system analysis and design , and I paid cash for the one year course. I finished submitting my assignments on march I went to the branch to request a certificate and i 've been told to wait ten weeks which I did,after eleven weeks I phoned to ask when are going to deliver because ten weeks is finished, Yolanda told me that there is no request form on the system I have to request again and she will make sure they speed up the process, I phone her today to find out if the request Is been process she ask me to hold while she is phoning exam department, while I'm holding Yolanda drops the line I thought I wasva mistake I phoned back she rejected my call.please help me with this problem I am ****her up with damelin and will never ever think to improve my education with them.my student number is 425878</p>
