Struggle for refund from Damelin College

Towards the end of 2019, my son was registered at Damelin for a graphic design course. A deposit of R7000 was paid and I was informed that the money will be refunded if we decided not to send him there in 2020. He did not go to Damelin but went to a private college instead. A refund request was put through in January 2020. It was stated that it will take up to 3 months for the refund. Lockdown happened and I again made contact in September 2020 as to when the refund will be done. It was stated that by 27 November the refund will be paid. To date the refund has not been paid and it's a year later. Emails have been sent but there has been no responses and calls are not being answered. Please do not pay any deposit to this College, they will mess you around if you want a refund.
