Struggeling to get my refund from Damelin

I have been struggling to receive my refund from Damelin. I spoke to Claudine van Blerk 29/07/2019 whom promised that the refund will be done within 90 days. I spoke to Cherwen Roberts , I am in possession of all communication with different consultants that the refund will be done but with no funds being paid into my account. I never thought I would experience such ********** and *********** behavior from Damelin, why would it take so long for funds to be refunded. I urgently request my refund ASAP.
