Still Waiting for Refund

I have had a bad experience with Damelin Bramley, first of all, i have to wait 4 months to start the short course it was postponed, I was fed up and asked for a refund they told me it will take 8 to 12 weeks to be refunded the money I had paid. I am still waiting it's been 4 and a half months. when I enrolled I paid with no stress in full now you cant comply. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ....
