STILL WAITING FOR OUTSTANDING BOOKS

Dear Management of Damelin<br> <br> I have been e-mailing you guys on a monthly basis to get my outstanding books, how am I to complete my course if I do not have all of my study material????<br> The last e-mail I sent was on 25 January 2016 this query was not even looked at by any of your customer services people, as normally I get a response saying they are looking into the matter. Today I called and your lines were down.<br> How on earth can there not be stock of the same outstanding books for the past 6 months????<br> I have honored my end of the contract by ensuring that there is money in my account for the debit order to go off, please honor your end of the contract by sending me my books!
