Still waiting for my study material

I've posted on their facebook page many times and contacted them about my study material. I registered in April, paid my deposit but have not received my study material as yet. Contacted their department just to be given two wrong tracking numbers, no books as yet. Very frustrated with your service. Please cancel my registration and give me back my deposit. Thank you.
