still waiting for my stationery

I register on march this year still now I'm still waiting for my stationery .I call them every week maybe twice a week as they never came back to u all I get is that my stationery will be dispatched shortly as my name is on the urgent list. they keep you long on the phone many times they cut u off after long wait. I'm so disappointed with Damelin at this branch I never have I problem when I register with the student consulted from the head office last time but this is a night mere. all I need is my stationery to prepare for my exam, as the year is gone.
