Still waiting for my refund

I'm still waiting for Damelin to refund me my money and it is exactly 6 months plus 90 days as per their refund policy. Been sending emails to them and the last correspondence I got was November 2020 telling me due to the pandemic they are running behind in processing refunds. I've been sending email up and down to the lady in charge in their finance department doesn't even bother to answer my emails anymore. I see one news paper has written 2 articles in two weeks including student concerns and I've now decided to give them my details as well if my refund is not processed this week.
