Still waiting for my exam results and assignments results that they can't pick up

I wrote my exams in early June and we were told the results would only be available on the 1st September ( which was too long ) however when the results were supposed to be released we were given another excuse why we could not get them , which lasted for about three weeks , when I finally got my results I was told I did not submit my assignments which is not true as I hand delivered them and I signed for them . I have been calling their call center and sending emails but nobody can assist . I really think this is totally unacceptable as it messes with our live hood , I'm a black man trying to better myself , I study and work at the same time and I can't re do all the assignments , I just don't have that time and as if that was not enough I wrote three exams for three different subjects but only got results for only two subjects and nobody can explain what went wrong it has been almost two weeks now I'm still waiting for them
