Still waiting for books

January 2015 i had changed my studies from Electrical N4 to Business management with Damelin. Everything was running smoothly until i had to collect my books. January i had collected some of my books as most of them were out of stock. my company needed me to be done with these studies by the end of 2016 24months which was the co**** duration. i am now sitting in September still with half my textbooks and have heard nothing from Damelin. I am now looking to Cancel this co**** and join another College where i may be able to get all my equipment as stated. but now they are refusing to reimburse me my money and saying i must wait for the books and carry on. to me this is Bad business ethics and im sure i have the right to ask for a full reimbur*****t as its been 8months and i still don't have my learning equipment.
