Still waiting and I get no response

The last 4 assignments of my course has been submitted, although the 30 workings days turn around time has elapsed, I am not getting any feedback. And if I don't follow up, it really takes almost a year before they sent me back the marked assignments!! (registered mail received last week, date stamped that it is marked respectively March, April and June 2015) <br> <br> I have sent an e-mail on 2 March, got an automated reply that they will get back to me in 48 hours. Up to date, still nothing. So I phoned on Monday 7 March to follow up, only to hear they will sent an e-mail with my request. Up to date, yet again, still nothing.<br> <br> Please, please, PLEASE!! I am so near to finishing my course. Please can I get my last 4 results, because if I have to do it again, it is going to take time, and if I pass, it seems I will have to request my diploma, and that is also going to take time again...
