Still Waiting

I wrote my final exams in June 2015 and we were told that our results would be smsed to us on the 21st of August. To this day I still have not received my results, i have sent them countless e-mails asking for assistance and to this day i have had no help whatsoever. If there is a reason for them withholding my results they should state so, not just be silent like i am a mindreader. as their client they should be caring enough to inform me of anywrong doing on my part. why do they have numbers for customer enquiries, yet when we enquire they dont assist. Arent you tired of all these bad reports and unsatisfied clients?
