Still no refund on debit order

I sent a complaint to Damelin Correspondance College for wrongly debiting my account and have still not received my refund of R 471.00 from March.<br> <br> My account was paid up in Feb already.<br> <br> What do I have to do to get my money back?I am willing spend money on legal action as they dont seem to take anyone seriously.
