Still no Refund

After having written to Hello Peter before on this matter around 2 -3 weeks ago I still have not received my refund. I supp**** them with proof that I requested the refund on 27 October 2015 but they insist on a date of 30 November. They further claim that they work on a 90 day policy regarding refunds. Yesterday I received a mail stating that the money will be refunded on 30 March 2016. That is 120 days after their date and 150+ days after I originally asked for the refund. What *******.<br> <br> The reason for the refund is that they deducted money from my credit card for the registration of my son at DCC after I asked them not to proceed with the registration. They did not proceed with registration but still deducted the money.<br> <br> To make the frustration even worse you have to wait 2-3 days for a response on your mail and never do they supply you with a contact number to allow you to sort out the issue.
