STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED STUDY MATERIAL

My registration for a correspondence course with Damelin was finalised and paid for in full on the 16th of March and I was told that I would receive my study material WITHIN 21 working days after the registration date.<br> It is now a week and a half OVERDUE and nobody at Damelin can seem to tell me where it is, what the delay is or IF I WILL EVER RECEIVE IT! The customer service is pathetic, people in the call centre cannot give you answers, nor do they ever get back to you when they promise that they will.<br> I am so sick of hearing about turnaround times and escalations, I have already missed the first exam registration and I am losing precious study time because of this hold up.<br> The study material is not even available for download! What century are you people living in?<br> <br> Will definitely not be recommending this college to anybody, the service is disgraceful!
