Still getting debited after cancellation?!?

Hi, <br> <br> Not to be rude or abrupt, but on the (2nd of June) I called to cancel my wifes course in PR due to her being 4 months pregnant and unable to continue these studies, No cancellation was made and no promised email sent... Cool, i sent an email (11 June) to please cancel this immidiately, and i got a response 3 days later saying it will be cancelled in 4 weeks and last debit will be end of June. <br> <br> July I got debited still, course still not cancelled. Today I see again another debit order going off for Aug. So 2 months i got debited R821. Please correct this and re-debit the money into my account, or give permission to go reverse it from my side avoiding the \no payment made"stories that come after that?! <br> <br> I don't understand why one has to hellopeter or twitter or whatever to get things sorted?
