Still awaiting study material with no updates

I realized after starting finishing off my assignments, that there were study material never listed to be sent to me which I still need for two subjects, and I need them desperately at this stage. I asked it three times already, and textbooks for my cost and management accounting is still outstanding. I phoned earlier this week again to follow up, I was told they sent an e-mail to the applicable departments, but I am not getting feedback. I am majorly stressed, cause my time is running out and I really want to finish in time, otherwise Damelin needs to refund me because they are holding me back from completing my diploma in time :(
