STAY FAR AWAY!!!! DISGUSTING! PATHETIC!

My biggest regret in life is choosing to study through this terrible institution. They have still not sent me my exam results from last year, which were to supposed to have been released 3 weeks ago already. They have accused me of owing them money, even though I have sent them proof of payments and receipts for all amounts paid in full. They are constantly losing my assignments, failed to provide me with assignment marks and slapped me with a failing grade because of their incompetence! I have emailed them my proof of submission so many times but still waiting on assignments to be returned from 2 years ago!!! Worst of all, despite about 50 emails and phone calls, nobody gets back to me. I have just got off the phone with The Department of Higher Education now and am in the process of laying a formal complaint against this place.
