Stay Away from Damelin - They just don't care once you're signed up!

Damelin, No communication and poor administration! Read all the reviews about them on Hellopeter, Disgusting! When Covid-19 hit South Africa, I tried finding out from Damelin what the next step was going to be (as I was paying for my own studies) however I received no response from them, they didn't even pick up their phones. Early May 2020 I received a call from them asking me why I didn't pay in April 2020, I told them that I will not be continuing due to poor communication. That was the end of it, at least I thought. I am now being asked to pay R15000+ for the months I did not pay. I was told in August that I should have gone to the office (During Lockdown) to request a cancellation, this is after the operator confirmed telephonically my course was cancelled. They are making no effort to listen to me or the call recording and they are making claims that "student" are making up stories not to pay. What a statement to make, Campus Manager Billy De Beer, who just paints everyone with the same paint brush. Why would I start studying? I want to invest in my future however Damelin is not the place that going to help me get there. I will ensure Damelin comes up at the Table every time I'm out with family and friends, people need to know about my experience and about your other victims. You guys just don't care! Instead of building a future, you guys are destroying peoples future.
