Slow, useless assistance

<p> From October Laster year i have tried to get an extension to finish my Early Childhood Development, in November i was told it was granted that the do***ents would be sent to me i needed to fill it in and then i could continue with my course and i could make payment before my last assignment, and that i had an extension would ne until the end of April but i would need to wait for the do***entation to be offical before s****ing. For the next 4 months i emailed and phoned almost every day begging for the do***ents to be sent so i could complete them and finally get my extension. Finally my extension letter was sent on the 20th of April my extension expired on the 30th of April and they wanted payment by then aswel. 10 days to fininsh 4 modules and come up with R2400. I wasnt able to complete my course because of bad service. I have had nothing but drama from Damelin from the day i signed up missing books, lost assignments on countless occasions, marked not read in, being marked incorrectly and now the cherry on the top missed extension dead line due to incomptence. Massive waste of money,time and emotion when all i wanted to do was finish my course Well done Damelin on being another useless brand.</p>
