Should we take legal action over unpaid refunds?

So it has been more than a year waiting for the refund. We were promised tine after time that the money will be paid. The last date we were given was 27th March 2020. No payment was received on this date. 5 months later our emails are not responded to and calls not answered. Now I really wonder if there is any student who has ever received refund from Damelin. We have been very patient but it looks like they are forcing us to take the necessary legal action going forward.
