Short delivered books and additional missing books

Shocking service and no one knows anything in the call centre!!!<br> <br> I started studying Accounting Lvl 6 late last year, I have collected some of my books from the offices in Jhb, on arrival I was told i am missing 5 text books as there is no stock, weeks later there is still apparently no stock of my text books? <br> <br> On completing study session 1 of Financial Accounting 1 i am missing two additional books for this subject, they appear in the study guide but not on the book list received from the Stores dept in Jhb, i have called and tried to explain this to many student advisers but to no avail, i don't know who the heck to turn to as know one has any idea, I find the overall service unacceptable for a large educational institution.<br> <br> I can not carry on with this subject or actually any of my other subjects as each one has incomplete books.<br> <br> You can never speak to a manager or supervisor at their office, its so frustrating!!!
