SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

I paid for my course in full 4 months ago. After much begging and pleading for over 2 months, I finally received some of my study material - I have sent numerous emails requesting where the rest of it is and I get absolutely no response as I need it to complete my assignments which are due in 3 months time. You try call the call centre (student support is a joke) and you just get cut off. You try contact them online and they tell you to contact the support centre. Honestly! All I want is what I paid for and rightfully mine! I feel like Damelin correspondence has ****** my money and now won't give me any answers. I try get information regarding the course and the exams etc and no one gives me any answers. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF POOR SERVICE. DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE, SEND ME THE REST OF MY BOOKS - I PAID FOR IT, SO IT'S MINE! STOP PLAYING THIS GAME BECAUSE IT'S REALLY NOT FAIR!!! You guys are quick to take our money and then disappear from the face of the earth!
