Shocking lack of feedback and service

From the start of my studies, dealing with DCC has been a nightmare. From ABSOLUTELY NO replies from the Student Support emails, waiting 3 months for an assignment, to being promised feedback, even after splashing all over social media how revolting this institution is!! How can you even dare not reply to emails, promise feedback in 2 days, but 5 WEEKS later I have not received a phone call, an email, the common decency that you lack is embarassing. I need to apply for jobs but cannot put down on my CV that I even have a qualification as this institution has most probably lost all my assignments, but hey, I wouldn't even know because clearly nobody knows how to correspond. WHAT DOES a person need to do????
