Shocking Exam results

After waiting 6 months for my text books from time of registering i started submitting assignments. some of these i only got results for after begging and onlly recieved the assignments back over a year later. then i wrote my first 4 exams with only minor hiccups but then i wrote an exam in november 2018, and when the 1st of february 2019 came when they promised me my results i got nothing. so i fought with them for another 9 months until finally in november 2019 i found out that they LOST!! my exam and they gave me a free rewrite (i hate exams so the nerves made me sick) with my last exam. Now i have waited the 3 months for them to mark the 2 exams and there are no results. the student portal says it is under construction so you cannot see the results, and when i look for my assignments on the student portal there is nothing there. i have phoned and waited a minimum of 20 minutes on the phone to talk to a student advisor. Who, this morning couldnt see that i had written any exams on their system never mind which exams i wrote.

i find their service to be atrocious. the only way i got some sense and assignment results from them was by contacting the managing director/operations manager and emailing him directly.

Im still appaled and will never work with them again once i have my diploma.
